Part Time & Full Time Cooks/Chefs

We are looking for reliable part time or full time cooks for our kitchen.
From minimum 25 hours per week & full time 40 hours per week. Varied shift patterns available, but must be able to work weekends. Good rate of pay dependent on experience & qualifications, share of tips, paid holidays & staff benefits.

Idealy we are looking for someone with kitchen experience, although training will be carried out.

Job duties include opening & closing the kitchen, preparing for menus, cooking to a high standard & to specifications. Preparing buffets & set menus for large functions & weddings.

You should be able to work alone as well as part of a team. Have great communication skills. Be able to work under pressure keeping standards high using fresh produce.

Bartenders & Waiting Staff

We are looking for reliable part time & full time bartenders/waiting staff.

Experience preferred but not a necessity as training will be provided.

Main duties wil include:

Waiting on tables, Serving drinks including hot drinks, wines, beers & cocktails.

Taking freshly prepared food to our customers.

Keeping the bar & public areas clean, tidy & sanatised.

We are open from 8am to midnight everyday, so different shift patterns available to suit.

Kitchen Porter / Pot Washer

We are looking for reliable part time & full time Kitchen Porter / Pot Washer.

Experience preferred but not a necessity as training will be provided.

Main duties wil include:

Washing pots in a busy kitchen.

Keeping kitchenclean, tidy & sanatised.

Helping chefs with prep work.

We are open from 8am to midnight everyday, so different shift patterns available to suit.

Housekeeper / Cleaner

We are looking for reliable part time Housekeeper / Cleaner.

Experience preferred but not a necessity as training will be provided.

Main duties will include:

Cleaning four apartments to a high standard.

Cleaning bar areas & toilets to a high standard.

Must be flexible with shift p[atterns. But generally 1-2 morning shifts 7am - 9am & shifts between 11am & 3pm
